The HVG-2020A vacuum gauge
Durham Instruments carries a broad variety of test and measurement devices by Teledyne Hastings – of which a popular example is the unique HVG-2020A vacuum gauge. This solution is a highly flexible digital device and a media-isolated, gas-composition-independent, piezo-resistive gauge that provides accurate pressure measurement for users through its rough vacuum region.
Easy for customers to install, the HVG-2020A offers both digital and analog output for simple integration into process control.
Broad variety of output signals
This vacuum gauge has an optional display that provides differing operation views and modes, and it gives users a choice among a broad variety of output signals. The HVG-2020A gauge is an ideal alternative for a more costly capacitance manometer, with a digital output that can include RS232 and RS 485 through a small jack located on top of the instrument. Certain models also have USB connections, which make connection and operation simpler. Teledyne Hastings also offers a free Windows data-acquisition software, for data-logging with this unit.
Other key features and specifications of the Teledyne Hastings HVG-2020A vacuum gauge include the following:
The HVG-2020A is perfect for such applications as rough vacuum monitoring, semiconducting, laser systems, chemical research, air sampling, central vacuum monitoring, oil reprocessing, medical research, and other tasks in various industries. Durham Instruments deems the device suitable for use in the general manufacturing, aerospace, automation, food-processing, education, packaging, power-generation, alternative-energy, and transportation sectors.
