Three main models of these sensors are available: the HFC-D-308A/B, a digital mass flow controller that offers fast valve response and flow control via digital technology; the HFC-D-306A/B, a digital flow meter with microprocessor-based circuitry that linearizes flow response; and the HFM-306, an analog flow meter with an accuracy of plus or minus two per cent of the full scale.
