Standard models

The 1200 Low-Profile Standard Load Cell is Interface's most popular load cell. Designed for static applications that require a load cell compensated for eccentric loads, the 1200 has higher output than most competitive load cells, and features individually inspected and tested gauge sensors that provide very low resistivity for high signal-to-noise ratios in demanding applications. The 1200 is also available in a three-wire amplified model, a high-capacity model and a compression-only model. In addition, standard low-capacity, stainless steel and two-wire amplified load cells are available.

Fatigue-rated, high-capacity models

Whether the application calls for the measurement of one pound or one million pounds of force, Interface has the solution. With many variants and configurations available, the company’s fatigue-rated load cells provide up to 100 million duty cycles. For example, the company’s 1000 Series is a fatigue-rated load cell with 300 per cent overload protection, an extremely low moment sensitivity, low zero float (toggle) and a higher fatigue life than competitive stainless steel load cells.
