This series can support a wide variety of pumping applications. All three of these models are designed to handle water, suspended solids, high-viscosity liquids, and corrosive fluids. All of them are also compatible with both continuous and intermittent duty and with different types of installation.

The Signature heavy-duty flap valve pump has a construction with a large flow area, and it allows solids up to line size to pass directly through the pump. Its bottom discharge porting allows solids to pass through instead of settling inside the chamber; this eliminates premature damage and wear. Other key benefits of this industrial valve pump from York Fluid Controls include minimal maintenance and dry prime suction lift as high as 24 feet in water.

Signature’s heavy-duty ball valve pumps are built for fluids containing settling, suspended, or floating solids. These industrial valve pumps have down-, top-, or side-ported options, the first two for containing solids and the other for use in confined spaces. Another advantage is the weighted check valve balls, each of which has a metallic core that is 30-to-60 per cent heavier than a solid rubber check ball is, and this helps to boost performance with viscous fluids. Other benefits of these pumps include diaphragm wear pads and heavy-duty actuator plungers.

Also available is the Signature family of containment-duty ball valve pumps. This is the only complete line of AODD pumps with superior containment of hazardous fluids, which protects workers, the environment, and the pumps.
