Four models of Shinko temperature controllers

Mod-Tronic Instruments Ltd. distributes a broad range of test and measurement solutions, and it is the Canadian master distributor for Shinko. This manufacturer creates many devices for temperature and process control, from signal conditioners to solid state relays. The portfolio includes 15 series of temperature controllers, from 1/32 to ¼ DIN.

All designed and built in Japan, these temperature controllers are developed by Shinko according to the highest standards of quality and reliability, including ISO 9001.

Years of practical field experience

As with all Shinko products, this line of temperature controllers is backed up by years of practical field experience with true technical expertise. The producer offers each of these innovative units with a three-year warranty. Mod-Tronic carries the following categories of Shinko temperature controllers:

• 1/32 DIN. The FCL series offers a red LED display, an input for thermocouples and RTDs, and auto-tuning, while the JCL series of ramp/soak controllers has up to nine ramp/soak segments and easy switching between controller or transmitter.
• 1/16 DIN. The ACS-13A series of digital indicating controllers are compact, space-saving devices with 11-segment LCD displays, while the BCS2 series has a standard alarm function and serial communication; a BCS2 digital indicating limit controller has convenient initial setting mode, simplified program control, simplified converter function, and more. The JSC series includes a new digital indicating controller with the alarm function and serial communication, plus a limit controller with high function at a reasonable price.
• 1/8 DIN. This level includes the BCR2 series of digital indicating controllers, with the alarm function and serial communication, and the ACR series of temperature/process controllers, with standard ramp/soak function, two alarms, and five-event output. The newest model is the JCR series of digital indicating controllers.
• ¼ DIN. The BCD2 series of digital indicating controllers offers standard alarm function and serial communication; the ACD series of temperature/process controllers has ramp/soak function and two alarms; and the new JCD series of digital indicating controllers offers high function at a low price. This level also includes two series of limit controllers, the BCD2 and JCD models.
