• Air gauges. One of the manufacturer’s core measurement technologies. Edmunds has developed a two-master, back-pressure bleed system, which is the most accurate air-gauging system available.
• Computer-aided gauging. EPIC-CAG is the latest generation of multidimensional computer-aided gauging, with modular components that integrate the most complex measuring applications into the manufacturing process.
• Custom-designed and -built gauges. Edmunds can design and engineer a broad range of comparative-based custom gauges, from fully automated systems to simple solutions.
• Cylindrical gauges. Cylindrical gauges have to be built correctly for accuracy, stability, and reliability. Edmunds uses a double-temperature stabilization process and strict inspection to make them perfect.
• Electronic gauging. The Accu-Touch is the simplest dimensional amplifier for production measurement, with a multi-sensor, multi-channel function and one-finger touch.
• Metrology comparators. Edmunds’ twin-head gauge-block comparators can handle a complete range of block sizes and calibrate at a resolution of 0.0000001 of an inch, with other resolutions also selectable for the user.
• Accessories. Options include air accessories, electronic bore plugs, gauge probes, gauge-probe adaptors, reed floats, gauge benches, and air and electronic transducers.
