The Toronto-based company carries hot runner temperature controllers ranging from the most sophisticated models that allow for global commands and up to 64 zones, to controllers that are designed to be economical and simple to use. The controls feature a modular design, temperature alarms and CE compliance. 

The lineup includes:

  • Bedros: The newest design of Bedros offers eight to 64 zones of control. It uses a touchscreen and joystick interface, and allows for external network communications and recipe storage.
  • IMP: The IMP 15 features easy setup and operation. It is fully self-tuning and has built-in diagnostics. It can achieve a temperature range of ambient to 535 degrees C.
  • RMA: The RMA module is an economical option for controlling hot runner temperatures. It is compatible with type J thermocouple, and has an ambient temperature range from 37 to 343 degrees C.
  • RMB: The RMB series accepts both type J and K thermocouple inputs, which are selectable via a dip switch. It has an ambient temperature range of zero to 55 degrees C.
  • RMC: The RMC offers remote control capability using a desktop or other RMC modules in the mainframe through the ”ALL” command. The ambient temperature range is zero to 537 degrees C. The sophisticated hot runner module allows communications and global commands.
  • RMT: The RMT is a twinned module, which allows for dual zone control. It has four LED displays and two operator keypads, and offers space savings. The temperature ranges are from 37 to 343 degrees C.
