Three paper designs available

This portfolio of paper plugs and caps are highly economical products that do not promote condensation. They are designed to withstand temperatures as high as 204 degrees Celsius.

The following three designs of paper plugs and caps are available from MOCAP:

• MPSC series – paper straight caps. Eleven sizes available, for flared tube fittings from 1/8 to 1½ inches or for tubes from 5/16 to 1-7/8 inches in diameter. Inner diameters go from 7.7 to 46.4 millimetres (mm), while inside lengths run from 9.4 to 30.4 mm.
• MPTC series – paper tapered caps. Nineteen sizes available, for male NPT pipes from 1/8 to three inches in diameter. Small inside diameters range from nine to 84.2 mm, while large inner diameters go from 10.1 to 92.2 mm, and inner lengths run from 10.1 to 28.3 mm.
• MPTP series – paper tapered plugs. Twenty-one sizes available, for female NPT pipes from 1/8 to three inches in diameter. Small inner diameters go from nine to 83.2 mm, large inside diameters range from 10½ to 91.4 mm, and overall lengths run from 8.7 to 26.1 mm.

MOCAP stocks these caps and plugs in a variety of sizes for immediate shipping. Brown paper masking closures are available in specific case quantities, but the MOCAP team is also willing to ship them in Micro-Packs and Mini-Packs for customers or applications that require smaller amounts.
