Some of the newest solutions by Micro-Epsilon

Hoskin Scientific Ltd. supplies an unsurpassed inventory of sensors and other measurement tools for scientific applications, including many innovative solutions by Micro-Epsilon. This manufacturer makes sensors that are very compact, smart, and profitable, from laser sensors and scanners to robust eddy current sensors for high-precision displacement and True Color instruments.

Always working hard to develop new, groundbreaking products, the Micro-Epsilon team has already launched several new product lines this year.

Powerful laser sensors and scanners

Micro-Epsilon has released powerful optoNCDT laser sensors for series integration in automation and machine building, which are setting new milestones for industrial laser measurement. The producer recommends them for measurement and monitoring applications in factory automation, robotics, battery production, electronics production, and vehicle construction. Also available from Hoskin is the new surfaceCONTROL 3D 3500 line of high-precision snapshot sensors, designed for inline inspection of geometry, shape, and surface in production lines. Each unit reaches a new level of accuracy and detects the smallest deviations in height and flatness.

Another new Micro-Epsilon solution is the scanCONTROL 30xx laser profile scanner for accurate two- and three-dimensional measurement. Its innovative HDR exposure control offers optimized measurement results, even on inhomogeneous surfaces, and it suits dynamic measurement applications with 2,048 measuring points per profile and a profile frequency of up to 10 kilohertz. Meanwhile, the interferoMETER white-light interferometer provides ultra-precise distance and thickness measurement for optical technology. Three different models scan with high signal stability.

The optoNCDT ILR2250-100 laser distance sensor is a powerful new tool built for operation with or without reflector film and measures large distances without contact, offering best results even on challenging surfaces. The induSENSOR inductive sensor is the latest MSC controller designed to be operated with LVDT and LDR measuring gauges and displacement sensors, with robust and compact aluminum housing.

The wireSENSOR K100 WPS-K draw-wire sensor is built specially for applications involving a large amount of pieces, with a modular design that enables fast, easy adaptation to specific tasks. And the new confocalDT IFS2407-0,1 sensor offers resolutions of up to three nanometres to perform measurements with the highest precision.
