The T6-1000 PRO by Fluke

Chevrier Instruments Inc. is the Canadian source for measurement solutions by Fluke, including the innovative T6-1000 PRO electrical tester. This device measures voltage up to 1,000 volts (AC) and current up to 200 A (AC), all through the open fork, and with no test lead contact to live voltage.

The user saves time by viewing voltage and current measurements at the same time with the T6-1000 PRO, when troubleshooting motors, pumps, and other equipment.

Easy-to-read display with backlight

To see voltage and current simultaneously, the user connects the black lead to the ground with the included heavy-duty alligator clip, then slides the wire into the open fork. This works on wires up to AWG 4/0 (120 square millimetres) and saves plenty of time for the user, even with gloves on – changing how every job is performed. Other key functions include True-rms (accurate voltage and current measurement, even when measuring complex signals) and FieldSense technology for AC voltage, current, and frequency measurement without making electrical contact to live voltage.

Another major feature of the T6-1000 PRO is Visual Continuity. When the user checks continuity, the screen automatically turns green while the beeper is on. This is ideal for work conditions where it is too noisy to hear the beeper, when the worker is wearing ear protection, or when there is not enough life to read the screen easily.
