With engineered, variable flow trigger

The VariBlast Precision is a lightweight air gun that uses an engineered, variable flow trigger to create a wide range of force values for difference tasks. This tool is compatible with different nozzles, to enable configuration for unique process. Like the rest of the EXAIR lineup of safety air guns, the VariBlast Precision guarantees high performance and safety – and complies with the strict European CE standard, which denotes tools that meet all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

EXAIR offers the VariBlast Precision Safety Air Gun with a standard 12- or 20-inch extension, which the user can outfit with an impact-resistant polycarbonate chip shield. The body of the tool is made from high-impact polyacetal and includes a convenient hanger loop for easy storage. The air flow that the nozzle emits cannot be blocked, and it produces a low noise level ranging from 58 to 75 dbA, depending on the specific nozzle used; this ensures safe operation and meets the standards of the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration for sound-level exposure and dead-end pressure.

Several models of the VariBlast Precision Safety Air Gun are available from EXAIR. Customers can choose from among the standard model, one with a chip shield, one with an extension pipe, and one with both shield and pipe. In addition, the Model 1800 unit is available with a 12- or a 20-inch extension pipe.
