These retractable reel solutions work for a broad variety of applications, from arc welding, chemical-fluid transfer, and fuel delivery to lubrication, spraying operations, washdown and much more. Wainbee carries the following series of Coxreels heavy-duty reel products:

• Spring-driven reels. Each model has an enclosed factory-tuned, matched cartridge-style spring motor for safe, simple maintenance. The spring-loaded tension allows the reel to self-retract hose, cord, or cable automatically, with no external power required; this makes them more cost-efficient than motor-driven options are. Hose, cord, and cable can be secured at a specific length with the multi-position lock ratchet mechanism.
• EZ-Coil. Featuring Coxreels’ own patented EZ-Coil Safety Rewind System, the only option on the industrial market for safe, spring-driven hose, cord, or cable reel operation. EX-Coil operates unidirectionally with no increase to the level of resistance when the hose, cord, or cable is pulled out. When engaged upon recoil, EZ-Coil controls the aggressive spring-motor energy, so the reel retracts at a safe, steady pace.
• Hand-crank. Each reel includes either a direct hand crank or a bevel gear system, for users to rewind their hoses, cords, or cables manually. The smooth and round handles facilitate smooth, trouble-free retraction with top operator comfort.
• Motorized. These motor-driven units represent the peak of automatic hose and cord retraction. Options to meet specific requirements include air or electric AC and DC motors, with voltage running from 12 to 130 volts, plus hydraulic motors and a wide range of accessories.
