They are stocked in various sizes, styles, and colours, and accessories are available for hose wrapping and maintenance plugs. Daemar supplies the following Caplugs hose guards:

• Anti-abrasion sleeves – tough textile sheath for hydraulic and pneumatic tasks, offering high protection from extreme temperatures and abrasion.
• Electrical guards – low-density polyethylene units that have been built to wrap wire bundles to produce neat looms and to protect conductors. Caplugs electrical guards accommodate a broad range of diameters and allow breakouts on any point.
• Fire-resistant anti-static wraps – a conductive thermoplastic compound on a polyethylene base, designed and certified for safe use in mines and other underground applications. These wraps have a highly effective balance of mechanical properties, testing as per MSHA standards.
• Nightglow spiral wraps – wraps that are developed from tough high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and photo-luminescent. Hydraulic lines, equipment, and static objects can be identified at night or in dim light, due to the capability of these wraps of emitting light.
• Pig’s Tail spiral wraps – wraps made out of 100 per cent virgin HDPE. Easy for users to install and produced for heavy-duty protection of hydraulic hoses.
• Service plugs – for plugging hoses, rigid pipes, spoon valves, and ports on pumps and motors, in order to stop oils and chemicals from polluting the natural environment.
• Wrapman – a solution developed to wrap Pig’s Tail spiral wrapping onto hydraulic hosing. Wrapman increases wrapping speed and wrap-hose assemblies from 1/8 to two inches and includes two mounting lugs and an adjustable screw-in locator.
