In accordance with applicable safety codes, it is the building owner’s responsibility to provide a safe workplace for employees and contractors. Should an accident occur due to improper tie-off points, the liability will be placed directly on the building owner. At CSAI, we have worked with building owners, property managers, engineering firms, roofing companies and restoration companies in providing a safe workplace utilizing CSAI’s engineer approved safety systems. Furthermore we provide $5,000,000.00 product liability insurance.
