Zero-pressure conveyors offer reliable and safe handling of products

Hytrol’s EZLogic conveyors are zero-pressure systems that use photoelectric sensing and discrete electronic logic control to dynamically adjust zone lengths, allowing them to handle products of different lengths safely, without the risk of damage. Thanks to this capability, the conveyors can be used in a wide range of applications involving any type of product, even the most fragile. Available in Canada from Norpak Handling, these conveyors come in many models, ensuring that each application’s needs are met.

Wide selection

Hytrol’s portfolio of EZLogic conveyors includes medium- and heavy-duty accumulating conveyors, flat belt conveyors, horizontal chain and drag chain conveyors, and more.

Model 190-NSPEZ, for example, is a horizontal live roller conveyor designed for zero-pressure accumulation of product. The risk of damage to fragile items is reduced thanks to the unit’s positive braking feature, while its singulation feature allows products to be removed from any location on the conveyor.

Hytrol’s Model PLEZD plastic belt conveyor, on the other hand, is designed to handle footed pallets, slip sheets, unitized loads and other items normally non-conveyable on roller conveyors. The unit provides zero back pressure accumulation, reducing the possibility of product damage.

Model ABEZ is another member of Hytrol’s EZLogic lineup. This horizontal live roller conveyor is designed for applications that require accumulation of products without a build-up of line pressure. Like the NSPEZ model, it has a singulation feature that allows products to be easily removed from any location on the conveyor.

Model DCEZ-83 is another option. This three-strand drag chain conveyor is designed to accumulate pallets with zero pressure, reducing the possibility of collision that may result in product damage.

Hytrol’s range of EZLogic conveyors also includes the E24 line of 24-volt conveyors, designed for quiet operation. Varieties are available with all-electric operation, poly-v belt-driven rollers and chain-driven rollers.
