Blade selection

WIKUS bandsaw blades are available in band widths from six to 80 mm. The blades can be supplied in manufacturing coils up to 120 metres, or welded-to-length band saw blades.

• Vario M42 blades are designed for universal use in single and serial cutting, profiles and solid materials, and layer and bundle cutting.
• Proflex M42 blades are designed to prevent tooth breakage with extra strong tooth geometry. They are ideal for workshop operation, such as cutting profiles and beams. Proflex Premium M42 blades are the coated version that offer longer life, increased performance and reduced noise levels.
• Gigant M42 blades are available for performance-related applications. They are suitable for cutting rust-proof and acid-resistant steels, as well as heat-treatable and tool steels.
