• Drum dryers feature a stainless steel drum and interior. Custom made to suit the customer’s exact size requirements, these dryers are available in 460- or 575-volt versions, and offer an adjustable speed DC drive, high heat insulation up to 121 degrees C (250 degrees F), and thermostatic temperature control.
• Tunnel dryers feature a stainless steel conveyor manufactured to suit the customer’s needs. Like its drum dryers, they offer a stainless steel interior and high heat insulation up to 121 degrees C (250 degrees F), as well as 460- or 575-volt adjustable-speed DC drives and thermostatic temperature control.
• Corn cob dryers from Vibra Finish are designed to remove residual soap film. They are easily integrated into the finishing system, and offer efficient, direct electric coil heating. A temperature controller is used to provide heat only when necessary.
• Additional machines are also available. For example, vibratory hot air dryers, ideal for small, delicate parts, are offered where the parts must be completely dry and free from all dust residue. Electronic components and coin blank finishing are common applications for this type of dryer.
