Blower hose features and applications

Hi-Tech Duravent’s blower hoses are available in a variety of sizes and cuff options, and can operate in temperatures ranging from -40 to 121 degrees C (-40 to 250 degrees F). 

Its 1PN-EP-HM blower hose, for example, provides positive pressure movement of air, dust and fumes. The hose is constructed of heavy-duty one-ply neoprene-coated polyester fabric with an expanded pitch wire coated in a vinyl wearstrip, designed for long-lasting performance. In addition, the flame-retardant hose (UL 94V-0 rating) offers bonded construction to make hose seams air-tight. It is available in standard lengths of 25 feet, and inside diameters from four to 36 inches. Another bonus: the blower hose is highly compressible, making it easy to transport and use. 

The Therma-Cool PN model offers the same benefits, but is constructed of two-ply foam-insulated neoprene-coated polyester fabric, and has an R-4 insulation value for keeping air warm throughout the length of the hose. This model is only available in inside diameters from four to 24 inches. 

Custom colours and cuff options are available upon request for both models, and include sewn, belted, nylon ring and enclosed clamp cuff options.
