Redundant safety exhaust valve

Wainbee carries Parker’s P33T Series redundant safety exhaust valve, which meets the machinery directive requirements for safely eliminating trapped residual energy in a machine. It is ideal for use with a safety relay or a safety PLC, and features a robust, two-channel design, onboard integrated diagnostics, and a soft start function.

Pneumatic power clamps

Destaco 81L Series pneumatic power clamps, designed to hold workpieces in position so they don’t shift or slip and put the operator in harm’s way, are also available from Wainbee. They come in various styles, sizes and torques to meet the needs of each application.

Mobile directional control valve

Another Parker product, the L90LS mobile control valve, is part of Wainbee’s machine safety offering. The stackable, multi-section, load-sensing, pressure-compensated directional valve features a modular design, which allows it to be customized for different applications. In addition, it has excellent simultaneous-operating characteristics, allowing several machine functions to be operated at the same time, regardless of the sizes of individual loads.

Light curtains

Safety light curtains from HTM are the ideal solution for personal protection. With quick response times from nine to 28 milliseconds, these units are designed to protect machine operators by de-energizing the machine in applications where hard guards are not practical. They provide safe coverage for Category 4 or Category 2 applications. 

Modular mining valve

Wainbee’s portfolio also includes the VT Modular Mining Valve from Linde. Designed for use in the mining industry, the VT valve is the main control valve for load sensing systems in modular designed mining applications, and can be configured to optimally match any application with up to eight actuators. It offers fast machine response, low hysteresis and high handling performance, in addition to low energy consumption and high system efficiency.
