Configuration tool

Wainbee’s Hydraulic Power Unit Configurator asks a number of questions to determine the appropriate unit for each customer. For example, customers are prompted to select resevoir details, like tank size and style, as well as motor pump details, like pump flow, motor power and voltage. Next, they can select manifold and directional valve details, and choose from various filtration, temperature control and accessory options. Finally, the tool asks users to specify additional design parameters, like maximum and minimum system pressure and temperature, operating system pressure, hydraulic fluid type, and energy saving options. Here, the customer is also prompted to specify the environment the unit will be used in. The tool also allows the customer to upload any schematics, drawings or time charts.
