Virtual event by Jacob promises product innovations on Oct. 6

Jacob Insights includes a virtual 3D showroom.

Jacob tubing innovations are available via Firing Industries Ltd. Next week, the manufacturer hosts its first Jacob Insights virtual event, full of news, insights, and trends on the use of pipework systems. Among the features of this free event are lectures about Jacob services and a detailed overview of products.

Running on Oct. 6 from 7 to 11 a.m. EST, Jacob Insights includes an interactive show floor and four fascinating live presentations.

One-on-one exchanges with experts

Attendees are invited to explore the digital, three-dimensional exhibition area for the first half-hour to get a detailed overview of Jacob products, all available from Firing Industries. Following this are two live presentations by Kai Gradert, from Jacob Group Engineering and Innovations, each with a Q&A session. Then Marcus Freye from Jacob Online Marketing introduces new website features, and Jacob U.K. managing director Kim Littleton presents a case study from the snack-food sector.

Jacob Insights offers the chance to experience highlights of the portfolio right up close, see technical features together with experts, and obtain exclusive insights into product innovations. Visitors can exchange ideas on future technologies and digital service topics, while benefiting from valuable practical expertise presented through experience reports. Jacob colleagues from sales and technical departments answer questions throughout the whole event.

Jacob Insights offers opportunities for one-on-one exchanges with Jacob experts via chat or video as well. Attendees can dial in from offices, home offices, or on the go. The event is accessible in English and German, and the information material and lectures will be available online for up to four weeks.
