Daemar offers a complete line of Caplug plugs designed to protect virtually any product for nearly any application. They are available in several materials, including vinyl. In fact, the company’s selection of vinyl plugs comes in many shapes and sizes, and can be made to be rigid or pliable, thick or thin, natural or colourful.

The many options available include:

  • The HTP Series. These plugs are made of Flex500PLUS, a flexible material capable of withstanding temperatures beyond 260 degrees C (500 degrees F). Their tapered design makes them ideal for plugging small holes, ranging in diameter from .080 to .343 inches, during painting, plating and powder coating operations. The flexibility of the vinyl allows these plugs to be easily pushed in and pulled out.
  • The HVTP Series. Also constructed of Flex500PLUS, these plugs provide a snug fit when pushed into open ports, ensuring a tight closure that will not pop out accidentally during processing or shipping. Though they offer a secure fit, they are easy to remove. A simple tug on the flanged lip of an installed HVTP plug breaks the seal for easy removal. Like the HTP Series, these plugs are ideal for masking applications during painting, plating and powder coating operations.
  • The TP Series. These vinyl plugs offer the same tapered design as the HTP Series; however, they are not suitable for applications exposed to extreme heat. The TP Series is ideal for plugging small holes, ranging in diameter from .080 to .343 inches, and each size is available in a different colour for ease of identification.

A selection of vinyl caps and wraps is also available to meet the needs of many masking applications. To learn more, contact Daemar.
