- Vibratory load – Industrial vibratory finishing gets the best results with systems that are 75 to 90 per cent full, while a part-to-media volume ratio of three to one prevents damage to critical parts.
- Water – Better cutting action and the highest abrasive action results from using the least amount of water possible. Alternatively increasing the water flow will aid in the removal of contaminating debris, oils, and cutting fluids.
