Vibra Finish has more than 40 years of expertise manufacturing many types of surface finishing equipment. Its selection includes several different sizes of batch bowls, which are designed to produce shorter cycles and offer a quicker turnaround.

The lineup

The company’s selection includes batch-bowl-style vibratory finishing machines made of heavy-duty reinforced steel with an all-continuous welded structure. Each bowl is shot peened after welding to prevent fatigue. The batch bowl design includes a low-rise, spiral concept for unrestricted flow of parts during processing. Each unit features two replaceable drain plugs with tapered drain holes to enable drainage of effluent and contaminants and comes complete with a control panel, compound system, separating screen deck, unload ramp and lubrication.

The lineup includes:

• The Vibra VF-3 Batch Bowl Style Vibratory Finishing Machine, with a working capacity of three cubic feet, a channel width of 10 inches, and a bowl diameter of 35 inches;
• The Vibra VF-7 Batch Bowl Style Vibratory Finishing Machine, with a working capacity of seven cubic feet, a channel width of 11 inches, and a bowl diameter of 50 inches;
• The Vibra VF-14 Batch Bowl Style Vibratory Finishing Machine, with a 14-cubic-foot working capacity, a channel width of 15 inches, and a bowl diameter of 65 inches;
• The Vibra VF-18 Batch Bowl Style Vibratory Finishing Machine, with an 18-cubic-foot working capacity, a channel width of 16 inches, and a bowl diameter of 74 inches; and
• The Vibra VF-24 Batch Bowl Style Vibratory Finishing Machine, with a 24-cubic-foot working capacity, a channel width of 15 inches, and a bowl diameter of 91 inches.

Additional machines
