Enhanced power for specialty applications

This series of high-pressure diaphragm pumps sets itself apart by using two air chambers in each model to create extra pressure. This way, the pump can provide pressure as high as 232 psi. Versa-Matic makes two types of bolted metal high-pressure pumps – a one-inch (25 millimetres) size and a two-inch (51 millimetres) size. The one-inch version provides enhanced power for filter press feeds, mine dewatering, slurry transfer, and other specialty applications in which pressure is crucial and flow rate is paramount. This pumps comes in aluminum or stainless steel and includes a non-stalling, non-icing air-valve system that prevents air leaks.

The one-inch unit achieves flow rates of up to 125 litres a minute with its two air chambers, and its full-flow design incorporates an extra air chamber to deliver even higher flow rates with lower pulsation, resulting in reduced wear on fittings and pipes. The two-inch high-pressure AODD pump is also perfect for filter press feeds, mine dewatering, and slurry transfer, in addition to any other specialty tasks in which pressure is an issue.
