This plastic flap valve pump has suction at the top and discharge at the bottom, using gravity, which is perfect for pumping fluids with settling solids. Other benefits include best-in-class air efficiency, at less than 65 standard cubic feet per minute at maximum pump flow, and all-bolted construction with a rugged, leak-free design.

The pump’s robust yet lightweight construction enables easy maintenance and movement, which is recommended for solids and corrosive liquids, and the stainless steel seats prevent abrasion when solids-laden liquids are pumped. Versa-Matic has engineered this plastic flap valve pump to operate fully in any position, including hanging points and lifting handles, and it also has durable mounting feet.

The E2 has the strongest diaphragm-connecting rod in the industry, guaranteed not to bend or yield, and the hinge pads exert positive pressure on the flaps, which enables pump operation in almost any position, including uneven surfaces, while improving suction lift and flow rates.
