Various angle seat valves are available from ODE Valve Canada

ODE now makes four designs of angle seat valves.

ODE Valve Canada knows valves, pumps, and gear motors, having manufactured the best of them for decades. A popular choice in the companyʼs portfolio is angle seat valves. While the 21IZ1 series has already been popular for a while, ODE has recently expanded its range of these two-way valves to suit different applications. These units are especially recommended for the winery, spirits, and brewery industries.

Designed for high flow rates

All of these angle seat valves by ODE have high flow rates, some of them due to the angle seat configuration, others due to the body design and/or flow path. Other common features on some of these valves include flexible mounting orientation and optional position indicators.

The following models of angle seat valves are available:

• 21IA series. Normally closed and normally open, ½ to two inches NPT. Stainless steel body with plastic actuator. Flow rates of up to 620 litres per minute (lpm); maximum operating pressure of up to 508 pounds per square inch (psi); ambient temperature of up to 80 degrees Celsius. Other features include anti-hammer function, 360-degree rotating actuator, and 180-degree-Celsius steam-rated PTFE seal.
• 21IZ1 series. Normally open and normally closed, double-acting, 3/8 to three inches NPT. Stainless steel body and actuator. Flow rates up to 1,588 lpm; maximum operating pressure up to 230 psi; ambient temperature up to 80 degrees Celsius. Also has anti-hammer feature, 360-degree actuator, and 180-degree seal; additional features include welded end, tri-clamp and flanged connections, optional stroke limiter, limit switches, and manual override.
• 21EZ1 series. Normally closed, double-acting, 3/8 to two inches NPT. Stainless steel body with anodized aluminum actuator. Flow rates up to 660 lpm; maximum operative pressure up to 145 psi; ambient temperature of up to 80 degrees Celsius. Also has 120-degree-Celsius steam-rated PTFE seal.
• 21IZ3 series. Normally closed, double-acting modular design, ½ to one inch NPT. Stainless steel body and actuator. Flow rates of up to 185 lpm; maximum operating pressures of up to 232 psi; ambient temperature of up to 80 degrees Celsius. Anti-hammer function, 360-degree actuator, and 180-degree seal.
