This Versa-Matic solution is ideal for pump users in many applications and industries, with simplified, durable construction that enables easy maintenance and minimal downtime. The Valor has an easy-to-service combined main air valve and pilot valve, which provides higher stability during maintenance, identical wet side bolts, and a five-minute average air side service time, as opposed to at least 45 minutes for competing AODD pumps. Torquing the plates and diaphragm together before assembly simplifies maintenance.
The Valor is durable enough for most pumping applications and designed with interchangeable components. Among the options are end or centre porting, dual porting, and feet that users can re-position to match the competition. This pump from York Fluid Controls provides superior stability, sustainability, safety, and flow rates. Its robust features include the highest gpm-to-SCFM ratio on the market, longer ball and diaphragm life than older models had, a higher flow rate than that of any other one-inch AODD unit, and capability of operating at 125 pounds per square inch.
