Process Heaters can supply tubular heaters from such leading manufacturers as Tempco and Bucan. The lineup includes finned and formed tubular heaters, and a variety of other types, which are available in a wide range of electrical ratings, diameters, lengths, terminations and sheath materials. The wide selection enables Process Heaters to meet the needs of many industrial applications where electrical heating is required.

A broad portfolio

Process Heaters carries:

  • Finned tubular heaters, featuring tubular elements available with fins to promote heater transfer to an airstream; and
  • Formed tubular heaters, featuring fully annealed tubulars, which can be formed into an infinite number of configurations.

The lineup also includes tubular heaters with many options. For example, they are available with a variety of end terminations to suit the application, a variety of fittings, which can be brazed to the tube ends, and different lead orientations, lengths and protective coverings, which offer multiple options. Tubular heaters can also come with slip-on adjustable fittings to help locate the heater. Tubular elements can be made to operate up to 600 VAC, and can withstand 399 degrees C (750 degrees F).
