Tubing plugs by MOCAP now come in various new styles and sizes

MOCAP makes tubing plugs in a variety of shapes.

MOCAP has a range of protective products – caps, plugs, grips, masking items, and more – that is unmatched by any other North American manufacturer. The company’s massive portfolio includes a line of heavy-wall, polyethylene tubing plugs, which are designed to fit multiple tube gauges to ensure easy installation and provide secure fits. Now, the MOCAP team has expanded on this series with many new sizes and some unique shapes and styles.

Available in imperial and metric sizes

These tubing plugs are available for round, square, and rectangular metal tubing in both metric and imperial sizes, and many of these sizes have newly added top shapes, such as domes, angles, and pyramids. MOCAP recommends these poly tube plugs for office and patio furniture, tubular racks, appliances, exercise equipment, and any other application requiring a finished appearance.

All of these parts are available in stock for immediate shipment in box, mini-pack, or micro-pack quantities. Same-day shipping of tubing plugs is possible for orders that are placed online before 2 p.m. (Central Standard Time). In addition to these new items, MOCAP offers the LDPE series of plastic tube end plugs, including multiple horizontal ribs designed with built-in flexibility for easy installation and a strong fit. This series can fit three different shapes of tubes in standard and metric sizes. These plugs are stocked for immediate shipments. All of the LDPE series is available in mini-paks.

The LDPE series comes in three distinct models:

• Plugs for square tubes. The SQ line is available in flat, dome, pyramid, and angle designs, in dozens of sizes from 11 to 25.4 millimetres (mm) in length and ten to 152.4 mm in external tube size.
• Plugs for rectangular tubes. The RC series comes in flat, pyramid, and angle designs. Similar length range as that of the SQ series; external tube sizes run from ten to 101.6 mm.
• Plugs for round tubes. Flat, dome, and angle shapes. External tube diameters from ten to 120.7 mm.
