The new Super Stainless Chain from Tsubaki
Innovation in motion has been the guiding principle for every product that Tsubaki of Canada develops. For more than a century, including 45 years in Canada, this company has strived to manufacture chains and related products with significant improvements and new features – and that includes its latest stainless steel chain.
The new Tsubaki Super Stainless Chain delivers optimum strength and performance in corrosive high-temperature, and food-grade work environments while handling loads worthy of a standard carbon steel chain.
Recommended for many common applications
This stainless steel chain combines the best parts of two already existing chain types: it has the corrosion resistance of Tsubaki’s 600 (AS) series chains and the strength of an ANSI carbon steel chain. One strand of a 50 Super Stainless Chain can carry as much as 648 kilograms, which is the maximum allowable load of a strand of a 50 carbon steel chain.
The Super Stainless Chain has been constructed with a higher side-bar waist, which enables higher fatigue strength, and with hardened stainless pins and bushings, which minimize wear and improve performance for a longer operational life. Tsubaki recommends this product for many common applications, such as those involving freezers, food processing or packaging, underwater tasks, exposure to harsh cleaners, high-speed conveyors, and ovens.
Tsubaki also offers a complete super stainless solution with the following additions, all of which increase strength and corrosion resistance:
Up to six times stronger than ordinary stainless steel, Tsubaki’s latest stainless steel chain is the right choice for the toughest applications. The Super Stainless Chain provides exceptional value.
