• Engineered chains. Specially engineered and tested chains for specific conditions, such as sanitary environments, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, or corrosive chemicals.
• Conveyor chains. Standardized for various operating conditions and circumstances, based on Tsubaki’s rigorous research and development. Tsubaki can supply standardized chains with short delivery times.
• Sprockets. Constructed out of top-grade, heat-treated carbon steel for longer wear life, abrasion resistance, and ability to withstand heavy shock loads. Benefits include less downtime, lower replacement costs, and higher productivity. The innovative Smart Tooth sprocket has the capability of identifying and scheduling drive-system maintenance to prevent critical component failure.
• Bushings. A broad range of weld-on hubs and bushings for sprockets and pulleys, in a wide variety of sizes and bore sizes. Examples include QD, taper-lock, split-taper-lock, and XT bushings.
• Power-transmission utility (PTU) components. Power locks, shock relays, and other high-quality PTU components that help users maximize power transmission, save money, and increase productivity.
• Cam clutches. Designed to transmit torque in one rotation direction and overrun in the opposite direction. Various series available for different common applications.
