Tsubaki's Super Stainless sprockets add high strength and corrosion to chain systems.

Tsubaki of Canada recently released its Super Stainless line of industrial chains – and these strong, sturdy products can be paired with the company’s new Super Stainless Sprockets and Super Stainless Attachments. This group of stainless steel sprockets and attachments add high strength and corrosion resistance to full chain systems.

When Super Stainless Sprockets and Attachments are used with Super Stainless Chains, lines always run at peak performance, even in the most extreme operating conditions.

Trustworthy parts to rely on

Facilities can rely on these trustworthy stainless steel sprockets and attachments from Tsubaki to keep their operations going smoothly and continuously. Because they resist corrosion damage, they provide a longer lifespan with minimal wear. A full stainless steel chain system is ideal for challenging work conditions, as it can withstand general acids, peracetic acid, low-dosage caustics and alkali, tap water, salt water, and temperatures ranging from -40 to 400 degrees Celsius.

Super Stainless Sprockets have a fully through-hardened construction with hardened teeth, and their mechanized process creates a smooth surface with no pits or marks. For this reason, Tsubaki recommends these stainless steel sprockets highly for the food-processing sector, as they help to prevent food and bacteria from gathering. To accommodate specific applications or requirements, the manufacturer can custom-design its Super Stainless Sprockets in terms of tooth count and dimensions. Clients are welcome to contact Tsubaki to consult about custom sprocket designs.

Super Stainless attachments are equally as strong as Tsubaki’s premium carbon steel attachment roller chains. They are compatible with most common chain applications, and alternative configurations are available on a made-to-order basis; the manufacturer can customize these attachments to suit specific requirements with its innovative and very efficient LASER-EXPRESS process. Additional options are also available, such as double-pitch conveyor chains, double-pitch sprockets, and offset links.

Built for top results in food-processing and clean-room work environments, the Super Stainless chain system is stronger than any other roller-chain solution at elevated temperatures.
