With five different models available, the TOP-FLO TF-C series by Top Line delivers efficient transfer over a wide range of head and viscosity conditions in sanitary process industries. These industrial centrifugal pumps each have two sections – a motor assembly and pump components. The pump is mounted on a drive motor with an adapter and is coupled to the motor with a stainless steel stub shaft, and the pump impeller mounts on the shaft, secured with a floating impeller retainer pin. A clamp joins the casing to the adapter, which simplifies removal and allows the casing outlet to rotate to various positions. The drive motor is mounted on a frame with adjustable legs, according to sanitary design requirements, which makes installation simple and leveling easy.

These industrial centrifugal pumps from York Fluid Controls boast many notable features, including the following: a unique groove-in-shaft design that ensures that the sanitizing solution reaches all critical areas, making the pumps perfect for CIP installations; backward, curved impellers that are gentle with products and easy to clean; mechanical, external balanced seals for long wear life and reduced downtime; and 316 stainless steel on all wetted parts.

TF-C inlet port sizes range from 1½ to four inches (inlet) and one to two inches (discharge). Minimum impeller diameter ranges from 76 to 139 millimetres, while maximum impeller diameters go from 93 to 203 millimetres.
