Manual transfer dies are recommended for metal-sheet bending in short runs. In this method of tooling, parts are transferred manually inside the die from one stage to another stage. Manual transfer tools are more economical from the standpoint of original investment. Matritech also recommends this process highly for parts that are deep or complex.
