From engineering to delivery

When a company teams up with Matritech to work on a project, there are four main stages in the process. The road to quality metal products includes these stretches:

• Engineering. For the first step, the Matritech team uses advanced software for three- and two-dimensional design. With these technologies, Matritech can not only transfer electronic data from clients easily, but also carefully analyze dimension and tolerance for projects. Personnel discuss these analyses during manufacturing feasibility reviews and apply them during the design phase. Matritech also uses software to program machine tools, optimizing the use of material by proposing the best cutting configurations.
• Design review. Next, Matritech’s staff use their expertise to improve and optimize the development of a client’s products. The concept review process allows the company to work directly with the customer to study the design carefully and determine the feasibility of making the product. Matritech’s experience and skills guide this stage, leading to design improvements and possible cost reductions.
• Finishing and surface treatment. A solid team of trusted strategic partners enables Matritech to sub-contract the finishing and surface-treatment work, such as painting, plating, silkscreen printing, anodizing, and preparing stainless steel for welding.
• Delivery. With its flexible MRP system, Matritech manages production and ensures that it stocks the necessary materials and parts, delivers products on time, and meets all of the customer’s needs in the end.
