• Lanyards – ideal for tasks in which worker injury and/or item loss is a substantial risk. Recommended for door restraint, theft prevention, and fastening applications in the aerospace sector.
• Lock Clad cable – Bergen is one of only two companies in the world approved to supply this cable brand. Perfect for aircraft control and constructed to minimize wear and eliminate sagging.
• Miniature cable – commonly used for medical devices, electronics, and aircraft interiors. Also recommended for tasks that involve confined spaces or that require high flexibility, durability, or corrosion resistance.
• Precision-machined cable solutions – Bergen can produce all types of customized cable options, like fittings and hardware, with its in-house machining capabilities, including the most up-to-date CNC technology and more traditional equipment.
• Safety cable – a unique solution co-developed by Bergen in partnership with General Electric in 1987. Aerospace equipment manufacturers and machinery facilities trust safety cable as a safe and efficient alternative to lock wire.
• Termination bands – Bergen is approved as a QPL manufacturer of M85049/128-3 and M85049/128-4 termination bands, typically used to attach braids or shields to back shells. Flat or coiled configurations available.
