The HFC-D-302A/B digital flow controller

Durham Instruments supplies innovative test and measurement solutions by Teledyne Hastings in Canada – like the Digital 300 Vue series of thermal mass flow meters and controllers. These devices measure mass flow accurately, without any compensations or corrections for temperature and gas pressure. The series includes the HFC-D-302A/B digital flow controller; both versions of this model have precision solenoid proportional control valves that are tested and configured on user flow rates, gas, and pressure conditions.

This instrument suits many industrial applications, such as leak testing, high-purity gas delivery, thin film deposition, gas blending, pharmaceuticals, fuel-cell research and development, environmental monitoring, and medical research. The HFC-D-302A/B and other models in the Digital 300 Vue series have thermal-based mass flow sensors with exceptional linear response to varying flow rates. These sensors provide quick response times with precisely tuned electronics.

The HFC-D-302B unit has an optional touchscreen display that allows viewing and control of flow rates directly through the device. The main screen shows flow rate and set point, units of measure, valve mode, and gradual change in flow, while enabling access to menus that allow fast configuration of the device for different requirements.
