WAM’s large catalogue of products includes solutions for mixing, conveying, discharging, loading, filtering and more.

Screw conveyors: The selection includes CEMA Type Screw Conveyors, which are used in many industries to transport and distribute flowable bulk solid materials. They are available in a variety of diameter sizes ranging from six to 24 inches. Vertical screw conveyors are also available.

Bucket elevators: WAM Bucket Elevators are ideal for the vertical elevation of calcium carbonate, lime, limestone, sludge, sand and similar dry, powdery, non-abrasive, non-packing materials that have a particle size between 0.04 and 0.1 inch, and a slide angle of less than 40 degrees. These units are manufactured from extra-thick, hot galvanized carbon steel and stainless steel.

Slide gates: VL-type Slide Gates have a two-piece carbon or stainless steel frame, which is partly coated with WAM’s unique SINT engineering polymer composite, and a sliding blade manufactured either in the same material or in carbon or stainless steel. The use of SINT engineering polymer composites considerably increases resistance to abrasion compared to traditional valves. Special low-profile slide gates made of cast aluminum are also available.

Butterfly valves: VFS Butterfly Valves consist of two high-pressure die-cast semi-bodies manufactured from aluminium alloy, a swivel disc in SINT polymer composite or cast iron, and a pre-stressed elastomer seal. A version with stainless steel disc and an FDA-approved integral seal is available for food industry applications.

Dust collectors: The WAMAIR Dust Collector is designed for the pneumatic vacuum transport of powders and granules. It features a robust stainless steel housing. Also available is the DRYBATCH R01 Dust Collector, which is ideal for dust collection from the truck mixer inlet zone in dry batch plants during the filling of the truck mixer.
