Tsubaki carries a wide selection of both standard and specialty attachment chains. These chains are available in many styles and sizes to meet the precise needs of each application.

Standard attachment chains

Tsubaki’s standard attachment chains are available for use with all chain types, including single and double pitch, hollow pin, curved, Lambda lube-free, plastic sleeve and BS/DIN chain varieties. The standard attachment types include bent or straight attachments on one or both sides, and they can be supplied in many different materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel-plated, Lambda, plastic and Neptune.

The company’s RS single pitch roller chains, for example, may be used in conveying applications with the addition of attachment chains, which can include bent or straight types on one or both sides, an extended pin, and wide contour attachments.

Specialty attachment chains

The company’s selection of specialty attachment chains includes crossrod conveyor chains, live tubular roller chains, agriculture attachment chains designed for farm equipment, and a full line of industry-specific specialty chains from stock.

Rubber top chains, for example, feature a layer of rubber bonded to the attachment. The elasticity of the rubber allows objects to be conveyed between chains. Meanwhile, bent-over attachment chains feature chamfered top edges, which protect conveyed materials from scratches. Additional options include the RS single pitch guide roller and the double pitch guide roller, which can both be used as a running roller. They are also designed to prevent snaking. Double pitch hollow pin guide rollers are also available to prevent snaking and allow the connection of many types of attachments.
