Strong material resists corrosion, temperature

The High Power Stainless Steel 1″ Flat Super Air Nozzle has many similarities to EXAIR’s High Power 1″ Flat Super Air Nozzle, but with added benefits. Its unique construction of Type 316 stainless steel makes the nozzle highly resistant to corrosion and capable of withstanding high temperatures. This high-powered nozzle is recommended for applications in such industries as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food processing.

Like the High Power 1″ Flat Super Air Nozzle, this version produces a flat, 25-millimetre airstream with a blowing force of 462 grams when the user mounts it 30 centimetres from the target. EXAIR’s patented technology enables the instrument to maximize entrained airflow and reduce noise levels at the same time. The nozzle releases an exact amount of compressed air through a 64-millimetre air-gap opening set with a stainless steel shim located between the body and the removable cap. This airstream pulls in the surrounding air in the room to create a high-force, high-speed stream of laminar airflow. Users can simply install different shim thicknesses to adjust the force and flow, or change the aim of the nozzle with optional Stay Set flexible hoses or swivel fittings.

The High Power Stainless Steel 1″ Flat Super Air Nozzle is not just strong and cost-efficient – it is also safe. The nozzle is compliant with the European Union’s strict Conformité Européene standard for health and safety, as well as the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s dead-end pressure standard. In addition, its low noise level of 82 decibels is acceptable under the noise safety standards of most Canadian jurisdictions.
