Advanced features

One of the features of this welder is the Pulse function that provides an adjustable drumbeat-like rhythm for filler metal deposition, helping operators improve their TIG welding skills faster. It has a range of 0.1-20 pulses per second. Lower frequencies can help moderate filler metal deposition, while a higher frequency can aid in managing heat input and minimizing distortion.

The Square Wave TIG 200 also has easily adjustable AC frequency control, allowing for a wider or tighter welding bead. In addition, AC balance is adjustable for maximizing penetration of thick materials or providing more cleaning action for dirty aluminum.

This is a multi-process welding machine that can perform TIG welding for applications that require precision and good bead appearance, and stick welding for thicker materials or outdoor applications.

The Square Wave TIG 200 is easy to transport and lightweight at only 21 kilograms (46 pounds). It can be plugged in anywhere, as it uses a standard 120-volt circuit (or 230 volts for maximum output).
