If you’re not a fan of tar build up on your walls (or in your lungs) use a smoke extractor to haul out harmful particles, particulate and not to mention – smoke.

Smoke extractors alleviates the need for general ventilation, which in turn improves the ability to breathe a sigh of relief when working in smoke-intensive areas.

The return on investment on smoke extracting solutions helps save money – from machinery maintenance repairs, to even the cost of cleaning supplies: less dust equals less cleaning and the more equipment functions the more productive – and healthier employees are by living a dust-free work life.

While smoke may dissipate, it lives on as a damaging element that unsuspectingly lingers on the inside, machinery, on top equipment surfaces and even in the fabric of clothes.

Areas with an accumulation or continuous release of smoke benefit from industrial fume extractors, which remove harmful airborne dust, mist, gases and toxins.

Used in industries such as oil and gas or welding, a smoke extractor is an ideal solder fume extraction solution for industrial applications requiring enhanced, maximized air flow.

Manufactured for extreme heavy duty and volume smoke extraction, the Red-D-Arc SE1400 smoke extractor delivers 99.9% filtration efficiency.

Designed as a two-step, high-quality filtration system engineered to perform welding fume extraction applications, SE1400 is engineered with both a combined spark trap and a pre-filter and washable filter combo, which seamlessly are removed and replaced when full.

Go full circle with the Snorkvac 10’ Fume Extractor Snorkel Arm, which works in tandem with the SE1400. With the ability to rotate a full 360° to capture welding fume and dust, the arm reaches a significant distance of 12 to 20” (ranging from 30-50 cm) from the extraction source within a 20” or half metre diameter area.

Fabricated with an air diverter in the hood, uniform air flow is consistently delivered because of the enhanced face velocity and capture distance.

Equipped as a stationary or portable unit, the SE1400 is also adaptable in its ability to be installed with an activated charcoal filter as well as a HEPA filter – a big bonus equaling big benefits to the health and wellbeing of you and others, enabling the system to more efficiently remove gases from polluted air or workspaces.

Neatly packaged and compact in design, the unit is constructed with 14 gauge cold rolled steel primed with a baked-on, powder coat finish. Conveniently on a roll with two fixed and two rotating rubber casters each with 5” dimensions, the extractor also comes with a brake for handy stop-and-go maneuvering.

The SE1400 is not only pretty, but it’s also practical: precoat powder, a substance used in tandem with the washable filter, prolongs the service life and performance of the filter. Replacement cartridges are also available, which is a simple, economical investment to enhance the productivity and reliability of the SE1400 smoke extractor.
