No liquid pressure required

With no liquid pressure required, this new nozzle can be used with gravity-fed or lift fluids from a siphon height of up to 91.4 centimetres. In a round pattern, it blends liquid and compressed air to create a mist of atomized fluid that the user can easily adjust to meet the needs of any relevant application. This siphon-fed spray nozzle is especially recommended in tasks in which no liquid pressure is available and the user needs a thin coating at a specific area. Due to the siphon-fed design, the compressed airflow draws the fluid in and mixes it internally. The liquid flow depends on both the gravity or suction height and the airflow. A valve on the nozzle enables adjustment of the flow rate.

Using the 1/8 NPT siphon-fed spray nozzle, users can coat, lubricate, cool, treat, or paint a broad array of products with compressed air and fluid with a velocity as high as 200 centipoise. Adding to the durability and corrosion resistance of this nozzle is its stainless-steel construction. When operated with water, this atomizing nozzle provides an efficient method to cool hot items evenly in an automated process.
