SensoControl pressure controllers by Parker can perform many functions

Wainbee carries Parker pressure controllers.

Parker workplace instruments are available through Wainbee Limited, which offers a broad inventory, including several types of industrial controllers under Parker’s SensoControl brand. These devices blend all of the functions of mechanical sensors, switches, and displays into one intelligent unit. The lineup includes the SensoControl SCPSD series of pressure controllers, which is recommended for such applications as inspection stations, process control, general machine construction, and pneumatic and hydraulic plant construction.

With two FNP MOSFET switches

Each instrument in the SCPSD series combines all the standard functions of a pressure switch, pressure sensor, and display in a single device and features two FNP MOSFET switches with optional analog capability (4-20 mA). Like other Parker industrial controllers, these are simple, robust solutions that accurately regulate their respective critical operating parameters (i.e., pressure) for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Other key features of these pressure controllers include password protection, solid mechanical construction, stainless steel or ceramic diaphragms, various pressure ranges, varying selectable units of measure (pounds per square inch, bar, or megapascals), output response time of less than five milliseconds, four-digit LEDs, error messages, and polarity and short-circuit protection. Each one has a fluorocarbon seal, a nickel-plated brass fitting, and a painted zinc die-cast Z 410 housing.

Wainbee supplies nine models in the SCPSD series, with different pressure codes and measuring ranges. Programming options include output change, measurement-unit change, hysteresis mode, display refresh settings, output response time, display peak, zero reset, energy-savings mode, password lockout, error output mode, and decimal-point setting. Among the technical specifications of these pressure controllers:
