The JUNIORFLUX F 314 sealless drum pump by FLUX

For nearly 70 years, FLUX has been revolutionizing the field of drum pumps, with innovative products that are available in Canada via York Fluid Controls. For transferring comparatively small quantities out of canisters, drums, and similar containers of up to 200 litres, FLUX offers the JUNIORFLUX F 314. This is a small, sealless drum pump with an FEM 3070 fixed commutator motor, as well as a small outer tube diameter that enables pumping even out of narrow openings.

Change drums with little force

An economical version of the FLUX F series, the JUNIORFLUX F 314 sealless drum pump comes with many great advantages. It can pump out of narrow-necked containers, and minimal force is needed to change the drums. Very long operating times are possible with the mains connection, and the overload cut-out switch enables high operational safety. The pump works with a simple, one-hand operation, and the holding hook always keeps the hand nozzle quickly at hand for pump discharge. The JUNIORFLUX F 314 is also available as a pump kit, and little space is required for storage.

Other significant product attributes include brushes on the powerful commutator motor, an ergonomic design handle, and an integrated holder for the pump. It has a low weight and is sealless in the liquid area, and the outer tube has a diameter from only 25 to 32 millimetres, depending on the pump model.

Among the technical specifications for the JUNIORFLUX F 314: flow rates from 27 to 57 litres per minute (depending on pump model, motor, and medium); delivery head of maximum 8.5 metres of water column; viscosity from one to 250 millipascal seconds; and immersion lengths of 500, 700, and 1,000. In addition, the outer tube is made of polypropylene, polyvinylidene fluoride, and stainless steel, while media/fluids include acids, alkalis, and aqueous salt solutions. Applicable containers include small containers, Hobbocks, and 200-litre drums.

York Fluid Controls supplies an impressive range of FLUX products, including this sealless drum pump. As the company that invented the first electric drum pump in 1950, FLUX has unmatched credibility.
