SAMES KREMLIN showcased many great industrial finishing products at the 2018 Fabtech Expo in Atlanta earlier this month. In addition to occupying its own booth, the company also partnered with Deimco at another booth to promote the InoBell powder bell sprayer. This innovative powder applicator is a rotating electrostatic sprayer that delivers excellent finishing quality with easy maintenance, simple integration, and a high transfer rate.

Twenty per cent more efficiency

The InoBell applicator has been specially designed to meet the strict requirements of manufacturers who want to improve their paint savings, by enabling the spraying of powder paint on all kinds of surfaces – with a notable level of finishing quality on flat surfaces. This powder bell sprayer is primed for top finishing performance and productivity, with a strong electrostatic charge that delivers up to 20 per cent more transfer efficiency than standard spray guns do. It also offers a flow rate equal to that of two conventional spray guns.

The InoBell’s high performance is partly due to an adjustable air shroud that enables a quick, marked variation in cloud size; control of the jet can adjust the cloud width being implemented, proportionally. It also includes an integrated high-voltage unit, with no high-voltage cable required. Film buildup has an excellent regularity, with a finishing quality that meets the most tight and stringent Distinctiveness of Image, or DOI.

In addition to high performance and productivity, sustainability is another important benefit of the InoBell. It has a single-block design with a relatively low number of parts, and the powder bell is easy to disassemble. SAMES KREMLIN has also imbued three types of technology into the InoBell applicator: ATEX Regulation, which aims to protect workers from explosive atmospheres; the powder-bell-cup spraying technology; and Corona change, a powder-coating technology.
