With corrosion and chemical resistance

Recommended primarily for stairs, landings, platforms, ramps, and wash-down areas, these products offer an immediate return to service after installation. This line is available in medium or coarse grit and in a wide range of sizes. Advantages include: high slip resistance, even when wet; simple installation with glue and screws; corrosion and chemical resistance; and suitability for steps and areas with extreme foot traffic. Ability to trim steps/covers/edges to exact size to fit all needs – we recommend using a good-quality diamond concrete blade for trimming. These solutions can be applied to different substrates such as wood, steel plates, concrete, and open mesh.

There are three types of SafeStep™ available:

• SafeStep™ Step Covers – Heavy-duty, preformed, anti-slip covers recommended highly for damaged, worn, or slippery steps. Available in coarse and medium-grit textures, in ten different sizes (width and depth), and in yellow and black. Extremely durable and chemical/corrosion-resistant.
• SafeStep™ Step Edges – Heavy-duty, preformed units for worn or dangerous steps, similar to step covers, but for the edge. Extremely durable, whether used indoors or outdoors, and all yellow in colour with seven different sizes. Extremely durable and chemical/corrosion-resistant as well.
• SafeStep™ Anti-Slip Sheeting – Heavy-duty anti-slip sheets provide a protective cover for damaged, worn, or slippery floors. Like the SafeStep™ covers and edges, these sheets have excellent chemical resistance and are virtually indestructible. These sheets are available in two sizes: 119 x 119 cm in black or yellow; or 119 x 244 cm in black, yellow, and grey.
