It also complies with strict specifications – specifically, the Corps of Engineers Specs C-200 and C-200A, the Steel Tank Institute Corrosion Control System STI-P3, the AWWA Spec C210-84, and the SSPC-Paint 16 standards. Rust-Oleum recommends storing the C9578 System epoxy in a dry, well-ventilated area and keeping the container closed tightly when not in use. The epoxy should not be stored or used in temperatures above 49 degrees Celsius. The epoxy is incompatible with strong oxidizing agents, strong acids, and strong alkalis. Users should wash thoroughly after handling this solution and wash hands before eating, and adequate ventilation is essential for applications that use this epoxy.
