ROX-Plug & Play System makes installing mist eliminators easy

Aeroex offers the ROX-Plug & Play System to make installation of the company’s mist eliminators even easier. The system is an optional package that includes many accessories.

System features

The accessories that come standard with the system include a five-foot floor-mount stand, motor starter panel, electrical cable to motor, suction U pipe with oil drain, an eight-foot suction hose, machine adaptor, chip strainer, and a 10-foot oil drain hose. An optional wall-mount bracket can also be provided.

The system also includes duct piping solutions, available with two standard configurations. Either standard spiral ducting or NordFab leak-free quick-fit clamp ducting can be provided. Custom configurations are also available.

For customers who are not in need of all the accessories, installation kits are also available that include only the essentials: machine adaptor, chip strainer, suction hose and two oil drain hoses.

Control panel options

There are also several options to choose from when it comes to the motor starter control panel. The various models include basic, deluxe and variable frequency drive (VFD) varieties. The basic model offers a NEMA 12 enclosure, magnetic starter with overloads, and start/stop buttons. The deluxe model features a fused disconnect switch, as well as power and start/stop indicator lights. The VFD model has a NEMA 4X enclosure, digital display, and an Invertek Optidrive VFD. It is suitable for applications where adjustable airflow control is desired.
